Connecting To Your Game Server Using An FTP Client
How to connect to your game servers FTP
This step-by-step guide will demonstrate how to use an FTP client to connect to your server. This guide will first walk you through the preliminary steps required before you can connect and then proceed to the main steps which will result in a successful connection to your game servers FTP.

Step By Step Guide:
Step 1: Download, Install & Open Application - FileZilla Client for Windows (64bit x86)
Step 2: Log in to the Control Panel
Step 3: Click "Game Services" on the left hand side under "Server Management" section.
Step 4: Look for "Connection Info:" > Copy the IP Address (Not The Port - Example: 74.63.195.110).
Step 5: Enter / Paste the IP Address into the FileZilla Client Application (Host:) Text Field Box.
Step 6: Enter your control panel login username into the (Username:) Text Field Box.
Step 7: Enter your control panel login password into the (Password:) Text Field Box.
Step 8: Enter 21 into the (Port:) Text Field Box.
Step 9: Click "QuickConnect" button.
Result Should Look Like This:
Status: Connecting to 74.63.195.110:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Initializing TLS...
Status: Verifying certificate...
Status: TLS connection established.
Status: Server does not support non-ASCII characters.
Status: Logged in
Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Status: Directory listing of "/" successful
Great I'm Connected, What's Next?
Now that you have connected to your game server's FTP, you can now now upload & download files to and from your server using the left & right side interfaces.
For example, you would locate a file you want to upload via the left hand side tree navigation, e.g: C:\Games\ARK\test.txt. You would then click and drag that file over to right hand side and release the click (This called Drag & Drop).
I Get Access Denied Error Messages, Why?
Due to security reasons, we are unable to allow customers to upload files with certain extentions such as .DLL and .EXE. If you experience any such error messages, you should contact our support team.
You should explain the situation and inform the support team what you are trying to upload. We may offer to install the restricted file for you if you provide us with a download link.
