Great I'm Connected, What's Next?

Now that you have connected to your game server's FTP, you can now now upload & download files to and from your server using the left & right side interfaces.

For example, you would locate a file you want to upload via the left hand side tree navigation, e.g: C:\Games\ARK\test.txt. You would then click and drag that file over to right hand side and release the click (This called Drag & Drop).

I Get Access Denied Error Messages, Why?

Due to security reasons, we are unable to allow customers to upload files with certain extentions such as .DLL and .EXE. If you experience any such error messages, you should contact our support team.

You should explain the situation and inform the support team what you are trying to upload. We may offer to install the restricted file for you if you provide us with a download link.
